Step 3 - Cross the ribbons over again to form a cross.

Step 4 - Then, take the ribbon ends and pull them back across the present, flipping the present over as you do.

Step 5 - Next, thread both of the loose ends under the tight ribbon running across your gift.

Step 6 - Now, pull the ends across and tie a knot.

Step 7 - Form a loop with one of the ribbon ends, then use the other ribbon end to draw across the loop and pull through to make a bow.

Step 8 - Pinch the ribbon end and cut across on a diagonal slant to create a neat finish to your ribbon ends. Repeat on the other side.

Fancy Bow

Step 1 - Follow the steps 1 - 6 from the classic bow instructions

Step 2 - Cut another piece of ribbon and make two loops, cross them over to form a bow shape and place these on top of the knot to make it central. Next tie the original ribbon ends to form a loop and pull the other ribbon across to form a bow, securing the loose bow as you do.
