If I went into a shop, picked up a pair of shoes, tried them on, but ultimately didn't buy them, I wouldn't expect the shop assistant to follow me home, knock on my door and ask me why I didn't buy them. These bags are great, but please don't phone me if I browse your website, add things to the shopping cart but then leave. After all it's just bags and bubble wrap.
