What should I do if I have ordered the wrong items?

You’ll need to do 2 things:

Firstly send back the items to us, we recommend sending them by special or recorded delivery. Once we receive the goods we will refund you the cost of the goods.

The second thing to do is to order the bags that you actually want online as if it’s a brand new order.
