What should I do if I have received a faulty/damaged item?

If this does happen then firstly, please accept our apologies. Unfortunately, items can, on rare occasions, be damaged in transit. if you notice they are damaged on delivery, please sign for the goods as damaged. Give us a call on 020 3002 9960 and we can send out a fresh batch (subject to our Delivery Terms & Conditions)

Give us a call as soon as you have received these items and we will happily swap them out for you with goods that are in full and working order.
