What should I do if I have received the incorrect items?
First of all, please accept our apologies.
Sometimes this can happen, we are glad to say that it doesn’t happen that often. In this situation, give us a call and we will promptly arrange a swap out for you, just give the incorrect items in their original packaging back to the delivery driver when he delivers the correct items.
What should I do if I have ordered the wrong items?
You’ll need to do 2 things:
Firstly send back the items to us, we recommend sending them by special or recorded delivery. Once we receive the goods we will refund you the cost of the goods. Please include a copy of your order with a brief reason for the return
The second thing to do is to order the bags that you actually want online as if it’s a brand new order.

What should I do if I have received a faulty/damaged item?
If this does happen then firstly, please accept our apologies. Unfortunately items can, on rare occasions, be damaged in transit. if you notice they are damaged on delivery, please sign for the goods as damaged. Give us a call on 020 3002 9960 and we can send out a fresh batch (subject to our Delivery Terms & Conditions)
Give us a call as soon as you have received these items and we will happily swap them out for you with goods that are in full and working order.
What should I do if there are items missing from my order?
Unfortunately sometimes items do get separated when they are with our couriers and normaly get delivered the very next day. If you do not receive the missing goods after a day, please call us on 020 3002 9960 and we can investigate further for you.
