What are my payment options when placing an order?
We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque or BACS.
What happens when I pay using a credit card or debit card?
We accept Visa Credit, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro and American Express. Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email and order number. The funds will be debited from your account within 3 days.
How can I pay by PayPal?
When you select to pay by PayPal and confirm your order you will be directed to the PayPal page to make your payment. We only accept payments from verified paypal accounts.
Why will my AMEX payment not go through?
More often than not this will because of the security code. Our payment facility for AMEX is slightly different to most; you will need to enter the 3 digits on the back of the card in the security code field rather than the 4 digits on the front.
Can I supply a purchase order or pay on invoice?
We are happy to take a purchase order from you, but unfortunately only if you are from a school, college, university or government organisations.
You can email us on email@example.com
On the Purchase order we need the following details:
- Name of your company / establishment
- Your Billing address with phone number
- Delivery Address with phone number
- The products you want
- Your VAT registration number
- Your company registration number
- Your Contact name, phone number and email
- Total price with VAT and Delivery
Don’t worry if there is anything wrong or if you are unsure about the details we need, you can always give us a call if you have any questions.
All of our orders are paid by pro forma. Whether you are ordering our stock bags online or printed bags. There are a few instances where we don’t require a pro forma payment. These are if:
You are a school, college, university or Government Organisation
You have a pre approved credit account with us
We will require pro-forma payment for all bespoke orders.
What do I do if my payment is refused?
A common reason for this happening is that there is a mistake in your personal details. First thing to do is to go back and check over your address and payment details. There could be a comma/apostrophe or hyphen in the wrong place. If all of this is correct and the payment is still refused, then you’ll need to contact your bank.
