What are we doing to stay safe against coronavirus?
In light of the outbreak of COVID-19, it is within our best interest to inform you that we are committed to working in the safest way possible by taking all of the necessary steps and following the guidance of the Government to enable us to run things as smoothly as we can. Currently all of our operations are continuing as normal and we can continue to provide the same high level of service.
In Summary:
- We still have plenty of stock of our 1000+ products.
- Next Day Delivery is still available if you order before 3pm.
- Our call centre is still operational (albeit remotely)
Stock
We are well stocked with all of our product lines. We took the necessary steps prior to the government lockdown to ensure that we were able to work through this crisis. Typically we keep 4-6 weeks stock in hand at all time, and with the slowdown in the economy we have 8-10 weeks stock ready for you.
Our office team is working remotely, but all of our regular customer services are still available. If you’d like advice on any of our products or to speak to someone on the phone, then please do call us. Of course, there may be the odd technical issue with a remote team so do bear with us – but rest assured we are still here.
Warehouse & Dispatch
The move to a 21,000 sq ft warehouse last year means that social distancing isn’t an issue for us. We are maintaining the highest standard of hygiene throughout, and most importantly in the handling of your goods. Our warehouse works in line with strict health & safety and public health guidelines.
Courier Services & Deliveries
Our courier services shall be running as normal, if there are any changes to the delivery schedule of our couriers, we will ensure that you are informed about this promptly.
