What do I do if my payment is refused?
A common reason that this happens is because sometimes your personal details may have a mistake in them. First thing to do is to go back and check over your address and payment details. There could be a comma/apostrophe or hyphen in the wrong place. If all of this is correct and the payment is still refused, then you’ll need to contact your bank.
