How do I change my personal details?

You can change your personal details through your account page when you log in, or click on “My Account” on the top right hand corner of the page.

How often will you send out newsletters?

We will send out a newsletter only to those that have opted to receive one. This will have details of new products, offers, news and any other changes at Carrier Bag Shop. These newsletters come out when there is something worth sending out and you will not receive more than one every week.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Don’t worry, you can still get the items you want. Click on Please Login in the top right hand corner of the site and you will be taken to the login page. Here you can click on the link that says ‘forgotten your password?’ Where you can enter your email address, and request your password.

How do I change my password?

Once you have logged in, click on my account in the top right hand corner of the website. You’ll then be given the option to change your password.

Where can I go to view my past orders?

To do this, once you’ve logged in, click on My Account in the top right hand corner. Click on View Past Orders and you’ll see the previous orders you’ve made.

Unfortunately, as we updated our website to the one we have now, you will only be able to see the orders you have placed since Jan ’09.
